Work Experience
? Ensure that all HVAC, plumbing, firefighting site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, project specifications, local authorities, and work plans.
? Allotting work to Foreman, technicians, and laborers and making sure the allotted work is completed on time.
? Attend all project-related meetings with Client/Consultant/Main Contractor and reporting back to the General Manager on the proceedings.
? Managing the HVAC, plumbing, firefighting Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements, Inspection Requests, Technical Queries (TQ/RFI).
? Liaisons with the different local authorities and services providers for shop drawings submission, site inspections, obtaining approvals and NOC certificates (design & construction)
? Arranging coordination meetings between all the concerned sub-contractors with consultant and main contractor including recording and distributing the minutes of meetings
? Site daily activities & progress reports, material delivery/procurement and shop drawing flow sheets, work inspection requests and clearance schedules in line with the project plan and civil works progress
? Reviewing all RFI’s (Request for Information) raised by sub-contractors and following up the technical reply given by consultant to ensure closing of the RFI
? Evaluation & verification of all variation claims raised by sub-contractors before submission to client for final approval.
